Seduced by the High Side

Outside looks very nice
Never been in one of these, what’s the interior like especially the bed area.
Any photos.

It certainly looks like a candidate for my next purchase given the demise of the Transporter-based Cali.
Looking forward to pics of the interior.

Afraid the joker has gone the same way as the Cali last run until they run out of t6.1 base vans

Well I have succumb to the high side and moved to a Joker, many thanks to Blue Merle for the advice

Wow!!!!!! that looks absolutely stunning! It's a cake and eat it Transporter conversion, all that's great about the 6.1 but with a toilet and no concerns about a pop top in high winds :D

Thanks for sharing

There's a couple at Camper sales at just under £110k not sure if that's just profiteering as they're at the end of their run or whether that's the price now!??

They are one of the authorised westfalia dealers, so would say price is accurate and they have at least one new one in stock, other due in June - £104k for 2wd, £108k for 4wd. Hence used prices remain strong and they sell quite quickly.

It'll be interesting to see what do with the Joker/City next. I'm guessing they may well use the new Transit base, but if they decided to use the new Transporter base that would really put the cat amongst the pigeons!!!!!

They already use Ford with the Nugget layout. Current transit is slightly wider than a transporter so the design works well. But no fixed hightop in the UK

Westfalia's are outstanding conversions and I have one on order, it was intimated to me by the dealer that the next new batch of Svens next year may be over £110k. However I think there has to be a time when people say enough is enough and stop paying what I think are silly prices. The Sven has risen by over 30% in the past 3 years and I'd really question whether all of that was due to cost of living increases....

Another westy dealer been selling for a lot cheaper in the £80k-£85k :thumb New 2wd

Two second hand ones been kicking about awhile there and two new ones! Normally new are sold before they hit the shores.
Things are slowing down, no more cheap cash kicking about to blow on toys.

so was sinbad pretty much. Both dealers got them black ones around the same time only one is £20k cheapero_O
I'm not sure whether this is north/south dealer thing, but the latter wanted nearly £2k more (and over list) for a Sven with options I wanted despite quoting 3 months longer for delivery than the former.

Knowing the trade professionally, I know they make well over £10k on each one they sell, so I'm not prepared to pay over the odds when the appetite for RV's is in decline.....

Looked at it aswell, but what I do not understand or like is no storage space in the back of the van, (because of a toilet there..), so where do you keep your stuff? Anyway, enjoy!

It fits a lot in a 5.3m VW, especially with toilet and hot water etc. Storage is in multiple areas all over the van not just a large boot like the Cali. For example all the bedding and pillows, large coats etc that go in the Cali boot can go up top in the roof bed area. We still stored Cadac, spare bottle, hookup cable, ramps, table, chairs etc in the Club Joker boot area/rear boot cupboard.

Loads of videos on YouTube, starting with this one
Thanks, I have toured several in person as well as viewing many videos.

I was however asking the OP to share interior shots of his 24MY one as I'm interested in any changes / improvements on that specific brand new model.

I appreciate you were trying to help.
