On the table which fits in the rear door it has two brackets. I try to connect it to the front table runners at front but it doesn't work/fit.
Does anyone know.

On the Beach model there is a rail inside the van that those hooks clip in to. This enables you to use the table inside using only two of the legs. You just flip those two clips 180 degrees.

I imagine there must be a similar rail in the Grand seating area. Someone more knowledgable about the Grand will confirm. :)

… Oh, I just re-read and you have tried the seating area!

Yes tried it there in place of the original big table, only able to get one leg down but the table slopes down by 2 inches.

I reckon you've got someone's beach table by mistake. There's some beaches with those brackets missing when they should be there

It’s a GC standard fit as far as I’m aware, certainly we have those brackets as well (GC600) and I’ve seen plenty of comments on the various forums about that fact that it fits the sliding rail beside bench seat. Only one leg works, the one with the adjustment (knurled knob on the foot of the leg screws out and in). You can get most of the slope out with that adjustment. It’s not a great solution though, quite wobbly. I made a smaller table from HPL as the standard internal one is huge. Lots of third parties do a version nowadays if you are looking for a smaller table (see ‘yescampervan’)

Thanks, I bought the smaller table kit straight away, even before using the van for the first time, it was so big I couldn't move it.
