Although I find @paddy145's reply quite funny, I imagine it doesn't answer your question. Perhaps if you could give some more context or a link to a thread in which 'Adrian' is mentioned, someone will be able to answer your question. For example, I believe there's an insurer in the UK named Adrian. But it could also be a member you are referring to. So add some context and I'm sure someone will help.

Hi, thanks. I got the info from Andy C. Adrian He is the guy at the VW Executive Office that has been tasked with overseeing the bellows replacements in the UK.

As above, Adrian is a guy at VW Executive Office (essentially the management/specialist case handlers of the customer care team at VWCV). He is solely dealing with "bellows-gate". If you are unfortunate enough to be suffering with defect bellows (on your vehicle I hasten to add) then raise a case with VWCV customer care and eventually you'll be on Adrian's list.
