How do you switch off the rear cabin AC from the front?

As the description, can switch on and control the rear AC from the front but how do you turn it off?

What happens if you sync then turn fan to zero then unsync?

Press "Rear"
Turn off fan
The front settings will remain unaffected.

Tried that, just seemed to turn the fan to low but did not actually go off.

I agree on mine I press rear,turn the fan down, then turn rear off. Works on mine. 2016 ocean

On mine, the rear fan is off and the rear display states "Off". The front continues to operate at whatever I set it to.

I wish there was a front “lock” button for the rear vents. My boys use the controls as a way to annoy each other. So even if I override from the front they can just twiddle the knobs and override whatever I do.

However, the front controls do have their uses. Late at night I can turn the rear up to 25C and send the boys to sleep while keeping the front at a fresher 18C to keep me awake.
