What I'm after is probably the holy grail and therefore probably doesn't exist; we have a toddler (i.e. plenty of mess) so want to protect the upholstery on our Ocean, but ideally would like something slightly less cheap looking than the grey waterproof seat covers (that make it look like a taxi!). Is there anything out there suitable? We are fairly careful with food choice in the Cali, so it's going to be things like the odd splash of milk, water etc. and will generally be mopped up pretty much instantly.

Cheers.

We use the Brandrup covers that look and feel identical to the original seats, treat them with scotchguard to make liquids to bead & if you want to be ultra safe you could put a layer of polythene under them on vulnerable seats.

Expensive but fit perfectly.

I seem to have corrupted that link somehow; let's try again;

Seat Covers

Due to ancient history the word you are trying to type is banned on this site.

But yes those are the ones, if you join here as a VIP you get a discount in this clubs shop that makes them cheaper than that site.

I give up, there seems to be some blocker on links! Anyway, circa £300 ones? That's not too bad for something bespoke that looks good.

Another vote for Brandrup - they’ve even repelled red wine! (Ok we got there quick!). It’s a real struggle to tell you have covers on at all. Just as comfy as the uncovered seats too!

Oh and they’re really easy to wash and come out like new.

No I don’t own Brandrup :)

They sound ideal in that case; that's exactly what I'm after! Cheers. :)

Another vote for the Brandrup seat covers. We found the Brandrup Seat Cover Fitting Tool (approx. £15) invaluable in getting the covers on properly without damaging / scratching the trim.
