self looking doors

Greetings all.
Has anyone had a issue with the auto door locking when driving off on a cali t6.1. Ive activated it in the infotainment screen but nothing happens.The strange this is i think it used to work before. Ive tried changing the primary user and redoing the keys but still cant get it to operate properly.

I activated it last week and works fine since.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Had you already assigned 2 keys to your user profile and just activated the lock when driving away.

Same. Mines never worked.
Tried using Carista. Didn’t work.
Carista suggested resetting info tainment.
Did that. Redid prim user. Set 2 keys again.
Auto lock still not working.
Will ask stealer to check when it’s in for 1st service.

Ive done exactly what you done even down to carista. ive even reset the infotainment system.The thing is it was working the first week i had the van.I also noticed the rear wipe doesn't wipe when selecting reverse.

Something I noticed is the only way to tell the doors are locked is the light on the door panel. Ours is so wiser quite that I thought it was not working but it is LOL

My rear wiper works when in reverse.

Not sure what you are trying to explain Terry.
Your auto locking doors are wiser ?
