Another bargain

We have just booked the Haven campsite at Flamborough for four nights. £40 with electric, £24 without electric but we like to have the little oil radiator on this time of year. You have access to all the Haven ameneties, cafe, restuarant, heated indoor swimming pool etc if you want to use this stuff.
We stayed on the Haven site near Porthmadog to meet some friends who were there for a month at £10/night fully serviced. We were impressed with the actual site and some of the Haven sites are in very nice parts of the country and whilst we wouldn't usually want all the amenities at these kind of prices its a bargain. Obviously the time of year will play a part.

We paid £1 per night for our motorhome to stay at the one in Poole pre california days.

Out of all the places we have stayed over the years its still the one in bottom spot.

Its a close run thing though with the departure car park at eurotunnel in Calais with a coach engine running about 6 foot away all night.

Unfortunately however good Flamborough might be I'm not going to risk it.
