Hello.
Has anyone fitted the Lazer Lamps Triple R grill integration kit into a T6.1 (2020 +) California Beach. Im getting mixed messages from potential suppliers saying its not compatible and Lazer Lamps support are not providing an answer. I also found an installation guide that suggests the whole bumper has to be removed. Again conflicting information. Also my Van has the Factory LED's
Thanks all.

Perhaps your Beach has the same bumper/grill as my 2020 T6.1 Coast; I took my Cali to Lazer Lamps for them to fit the Triple R grill, there were some minor modifications due to the A/C, I don’t have LED, but Lazer said if I did, the set up would need a CANM8 at a cost of £72. I found them to be responsive on email, and the fitting took about 3 hours.

Did MY23 Ocean December 22. It was a long a$$ day doing it myself.
Had to cut the grill behind the bumper.
Remove the aircon pipes rubber cover.
But all done

He knocked me 10% off

I had the Canm8 that I had to wire in with solder to behind the climate control console.
It was very worrying to remove the plastic.

Hello,

Do you have an extra switch for the Lazerlights? I thought they can be installed to come on with the high beam?

I would love to get them for my GC 600. First I think they look cool and second I believe, even with VW LED lights, they add so much more light, which could come in hand at night in remote areas.

Regards,
Eberhard

I have them and yes I have a switch as well. They do come on with the high beams, but it's also nice to be able to disable them if desired. I'd also recommend the amber lense covers for improved visibility in snow, rain and foggy conditions.

I have mine hardwired into the canbus system with the lazerlamp supplied Canm8 duo.
Not sure where the canbus location would be on a GC600. Ask Aaron on the lazerlamps email.
I dont have a seperate switch as I will always use the lazers at the same time as the main beam.
The auto main beam works well and dosent blind other drivers (Too much ha ha!)
The light output is fantastic, you can see so much. Also see moose & deer dashing through the treeline, ready to jump into the windscreen ;)

Looks awesome! Are the amber covers the 15 degree ones or the 0 degree?
0 Degree, the clear lens.
The Triple-R 750 (Gen2) also have the side light option installed. I went for the white side light.
So without covers, they look white to be the same as the LED DRL.
But with covers on, they look orange :thumb

Well done.. Looks like Im going to have to fit my own as there's no one locally that can help. Did you use the switch or the CAM interface. Note you have Factory LEDs as well..

Where are you in the UK ?
And thanks !
I’d look at doing it over two days.
Just so you don’t break any clips.
PM me and I’ll help you on what’s app if you like.
I’ll send the full details of who I bought from and discount…

Thanks that's really helpful. Im in Jersey in the Channel Islands. Have you wired yours with the supplied switch?

No, just direct into the canbus, so they operate with full beam

I’m really struggling with this. I tried to test the lights straight out of the box with the loom and basic stitch supplied. Wired the loom to pos and neg on the battery and nothing happened. Not sure how stupid I’m being.
Email Aaron at Lazerlamps.
