Fresh water tank

Hi
When I empty my fresh water tank my the water comes from under the van but also from the booth where the back door lock is.
Is this normal?

Ehh... no!

From under the van, yes (was never a neat solution), but this I have never seen.

Could the hole in the bottom of the gas cylinder housing not be blocked ? This is where the water should drain under the car, and any gas leak should also be able to escape.

There have been other posts on this ( I'll see if I can find them) conbined gas drop vent/water outlet not aligned properly during assembly. 10 min job for the dealer to remove plastic tray, release the t-bar nut, align and retighten. Admit that you shouldn't have to, but sounds like a fairly easy diy job if you felt up to it. Failing that, your van centre should be able to fix in a jiffy

It’s not normal and has been mentioned before. Open the gas locker, remove cylinder and look down . There should be a hole with a bar across it and nothing obstructing the hole.
This is the combined gas dropout and water tank drain. The drain is misplaced.

Thanks very much, i just had a look and it seems to be misplaced. I am not too handy at DIY so ill have to call the dealer.

I was on to the dealer and they replied straight away, service is to call me today to arrange a day to look at it and a problem i have with the roof bellow coming away from the roof.
Only problem is it is a 300 KM round trip, i am hoping they will come to collect it and leave me with a replacement car. Fingers crossed
