Has anyone had any dealings with them recently? I know delivery times have been an issue for years, but, honestly, no 5/4/3/2 star reviews since November! Only 1 star reviews for 5 months! I've only ordered a back seat cover and it's only been just over a month, but my patience is running out. It seems common that you get told "the current estimated dispatch time for your order is next week".
 
No problems here I ordered front and back covers for my cali and they came within seven days. Never left feedback but it would be four stars from me.

I presume that wasn't recently? It seems that some are waiting 5-6 months and struggling to get refunds. I don't mind waiting, but it's 3 weeks after I was told that it was coming next week and they're not answering now
 
I am watching this with interest as I seem to gather the Inka covers are generally regarded as good? I don't want to order any until my Cali is confirmed as being at status 20 (in case there's some hiccup along the way, you never know) but that potentially is only 8 weeks away from delivery and we'll be wanting to head out in ours as soon as we get it, definitely don't want to be doing that without covers given we have a toddler.

I ordered two weeks ago and the covers arrived within 5 days with no hassle at all.

"I have checked this with my production team & your order is currently being processed. We run the production line sequentially on a FIFO basis i.e., first in first out; the current estimated dispatch time for your order is next week." Three weeks ago... :)

I've only ordered a simple waterproof cover for a triple seat, so it's only £99. Some of those refunds people were waiting for after six months were £500.
 
Had the same (too long waiting) experience last year, luckily I ordered them via E-Bay and Pay-pal. So refund after cancelling the order was quickly done. From last research they are not on e-bay anymore.
Still find it a disappointment though, the product seems to be good, and we ordered the black/blue set front and back. Reminded us on our first Beach from 2013 (?)
 
I've just been rung by a guy that said that the previous Customer Service Manager was "marched off the premises" on Friday. This guy has worked there for years and has been moved into this role. He said that there'd be a noticable improvement soon and that my order will be sent out shortly

Sorry for late reply, this was recent. Late March, they came within 7 days of ordering

After the phone call mentioned above, I got mine within a few days. Hopefully they are turning things around there

Ordered full set early April 23 and began to worry as money had been taken but no sign of order after 3 weeks. Emailed them at 8pm to chase up and received a telephone call within minutes from a director to advise they had experienced issues with customer relations manager. Order was then received within a couple of days.
