Pop top securing straps

Hi, I can’t find these in my Cali. I’m assuming they come with all of them from new? I have got 1 Velcro strap that was in the door pocket but can’t find any other parts. I think I’ve checked everywhere in the Cali. Are there any hidey holes I may have forgot? Where are these kept in your Calis?

Have you checked in the tool/jack storage box on the back of the bench seat?

Or maybe in the first aid kit, in the kitchen cupboard if that's still there ?

Mmmmm I have had the tool box open as I put the tow bar back in it. Didn’t notice anything I didn’t know what it was. In the first aid kit? No I haven’t checked in there. I’ll check tomorrow

You should also have a table strap - a nylon ”belt” that clips onto the bottom of the table and hooks over the rear headrest. Allows you to use the table without the drop down leg.

Yep couldn’t find that either so got one off eBay

It won’t be in the first aid kit will it? Mine still has the selaphane on it and don’t want to open it just to check. As far as I’m aware it only has the warning triangle and first aid kit in it

We had our ocean from new 2018 none supplied. Just bought two from club shop.

Mmm in the hand book I couldn’t see any sort of location for them, it just tells you what to do if your roof packs up using the straps. Seems strange you never got them in a new vehicle.

Did your Cali come with the strap to put over the rear headrest and secure the sliding table without using the leg?

Quite often when people sell on lots of these sort of bits get left behind and end up being sold on at some point via eBay or the for sale pages here. They come up for sale occasionally. I wouldn’t stress too much about not having them. Enjoy your van!

Yeah I imagine these things go missing or soldas they are probably not ever used. I’ve bought some off eBay for £20 so now I have a complete Cali…..Don’t know where I’m going to put them though……..
