Evening. I don’t have a remote to turn on and off the parking heater can one be added ? Ps heater works great from the control panel

Unless the system was installed at the factory to use a remote then the simple answer is no. However there are 3rd party solutions like this one.

 
I had to go out in the van today for the first time in 3 weeks. It was -3 and the frost and ice on the van body and windows was THICK!

Oh the joy of turning the heater on for 30 mins before I set off…….. super toasty inside and it melted most of the ice on the windscreen (just needed a little scrape near the wipers).

Yes, tried ours out several times this week…perfect!

Excellent idea. I hadn't thought of that. Will try it tomorrow.
