It took me a whole week to notice our 22 plate Coast came to us debadged! Never seen or heard of another Cali turning up like this...

My guess is it had a replacement tailgate at some point during build? It's booked in for some lettering next month. :)

Good to know - but we didn't. Just had a poke about on the configurator and don't see that option.

Debadged is quite a popular option in Germany (on many vehicles, not just Calis). I seen two German Calis in the past week, both debadged.

I’ve not seen it as a UK Cali option, suspect it was a factory error if you didn’t request it like that.

We ordered our debadged in 2016. Much easier to clean.

Some of my badges arrived with my 1st van but not stuck on. Were still bagged, never put them on. People take them off too.

I wasn’t able to order it debadged. I would have liked it without the Ocean stickers. Does anyone have experience in removing them?

A hairdryer to soften glue and go easy is the way i believe.

In the Netherlands we too can order a Photoshopped plate...

Regards from Amsterdam,
Marc.

I specifically asked for debadged, but was told (by Euorovans) it was not (or at least no longer) an option. I plan to debadge my Ocean on delivery. I particularly dislike the side transfers which someone else described here a while back as being like a 1980's Nissan with which I agree.

I heard that dental floss and hairdryer works on the badge, and the latter only works on the transfer.

Would love to hear back on it is coming off. I’m a bit nervous about it

It is no longer an option in the configurator but dealer debadged free of charge. Easier for cleaning don’t feel the need to let the driver behind me know I am driving a cali. The awning and text on the side should be enough :)
