New to the Club & looking for advice.

Hello all. I have browsed this site on many occasions seeking advice and guidance although I don’t actually own a Cali. I have a 2012 Bilbo’s conversion T5. However, I am looking at purchasing a used California VW bike rack but cannot find any confirmation that it will fit any tailgate T5. Has anyone any thought? Your help, yet again, would be greatly appreciated.

If you have a standard T5 tailgate with no spoiler fitted it will fit. Beware there is also a T6 specific rack. This will not fit.
If you post a picture of the tailgate from the rear and side we can check.

Hello there this is a picture of the rack on the back of the Cali and my T5 (pale blue). I would have thought it fitted but wanted to check.

Yes, that should fit no problem. You need to use the clear plastic protectors that stick on the paintwork where the clamps go, sold in Forum shop I believe, or Helicopter Tape.
