Collecting my MY24 Ocean from the dealers in early Jan. I’ve had an email from EV containing the VIN and instructions as to how to activate We Connect services and the We Connect app. However, I’m aware that this will be replaced shortly so downloaded the newer(?) Volkswagen app and registered it as far as I’m able to without being in the vehicle. I’ve also downloaded the California on Tour app which I can see has some useful functionality. I hope all will be clearly explained and demonstrated by the dealer when I collect, but grateful for confirmation I’ve done all I can in preparation.

Welcome, think you are expecting a T6.1 no a T6. The old app was made redundant on the 8th i believe. Please do not count on the dealership explaining how it all works it may have changed since I first connected to we connect but was quite intuitive. Make it clear before handover that’s what you would like explaine. You might get lucky. YouTube might be of some help.
